Combined plant area of 200,000 sq. ft., we operate from our multiple units located in Gujarat, India. They cater to the requirements of Power and Distribution, Dry Type, CSS and Inverter Duty Transformers ranging from 5kVA – 30MVA rating and upto 132kV voltage class.

Our own CRGO processing unit, which is equipped with 3 automatic CNC cut to length machines and 2 automatic slitting lines. The plant enables us to process 3000MT of CRGO steel with ease.

Our MS fabrication plant is also equipped with latest and modern technology that ensures customer satisfaction. Equipment in this unit includes roll forming machine, shearing machine, press break plate bending, plate rolling, CNC plasma, CNC press[1]brake, turret press, haksaw, hydraulic power press etc. We can process 5000MT of Mild Steel per annum. Chintamani exports its MS fabricated structures to Middle East and African countries.

Our winding conductor plant includes 1 vertical enamelling and 2 horizontal enamelling plant machines with 3 paper covering machines. Our enamelling plant ensures auto catalyst process with felt die to ensure less pollution and accuracy in sizes with even enamelled layers. Plant has the capacity to process 2500MT per annum
